Middle and High School are the most important developmental stage in a child. This marks a strong base on which a child’s intellect builds on and expands the conceptual understanding beyond the classroom.

Motivational Talks
We understand the transitional phases of child and the coping mechanism diffculties that a child faces during these periods. To ensure the child has a healthy mind without anxiety or depression, we invite professionals through NGO’s to conduct workshops or talks, helping the children to adapt to their changes easily.
Personal Hygiene
Hygiene is as important as being educated. We bring the children’s focus to this important ‘life-skill’ by roping in expertise from different hospitals. This helps the children not only build their ‘personal’ confidence but also solve ’un-spoken’ pre-teen and teen issues.
POCSO Committee
In strict compliance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Committee (POCSO) Act 2012, the school has taken several activities and actions for creating awareness about sexual exploitation among school children.
Personality Development
The school is attentive to overall personality development of a child and hence every week there are activities to hone the children’s personalities, skills and other abilities.
Career Guidance
The school invites expert resource persons to guide and help our Grade IX and X children in their career choices.

Note to Parents:
RES values the role of parents in their child’s education and academic development. Our institution is a secular blend of comprehensive skills and concepts to make children face global challenges, yet making the curriculum fun, meaningful, interactive and contemporary. Few things to note:
Parents can meet the teachers on Saturdays, after class Hours, on prior appointment.
Parents are advised to check their child’s school diary every day to keep themselves updated.
Attending meetings/functions will encourage and motivate your child.
After every assessment the school organizes a parent-teacher meet to discuss the progress of the child.
